PC-MM1-H3E has a network boot function. You should be enable NETWORK-BOOT your MURAMASA at BIOS SETUP, and prepare for the Server(DHCP-server, TFTP-server)

• DHCP-Server setup
  
  Please install the dhcp package to the Server. Edit configure file(/etc/dhcpd.conf). It is an example below.

Please restart the dhcp daemon.
• Get BpBatch ( refer to: http://cui.unige.ch/info/pc/remote-boot/howto-4.html ), and setup TFTP-Server.
  Expansion Bpbatch archive at "/tftpboot", and copy bpbatch.P to bpbatch.

  $ cd /tftpboot
  $ tar zxvf bpb-exe.tar.gz
  $ cp -a bpbatch.P bpbatch
  	  

  Please install the tftpd package to the Server. Edit configure file(/etc/inetd.conf). It is an example blow.

  "tftp  dgram  udp  wait  nobody  /usr/sbin/tcpd  /usr/sbin/in.tftpd /tftpboot"
  	  

Please restart the inetd daemon.
• Get the install image. (refer to :ftp.jp.debian.org/debian/dists/stable/main/disks-i386/current/)

  Get "linux.bin" and "root.bin" (for idepci), and to place at "/tftpboot".

• Boot up linux-installer by Bpbatch.
  Power on the MURAMASA, and appears prompt, then type like below to boot up linux-installer.

  $ set cachenever="ON"
  $ linuxboot "linux.bin" "root=/dev/hda2" "root.bin"
  	  

• Setup network by hand
  Setup network by hand after Linux-installer get alive. Push ALT+F2, and go to another console display. Type like blow.

  $ ifconfig eth0 192.168.1.2 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.0.255
  $ route add default gw 192.168.1.11 metric 1
  $ echo "nameserver 192.168.1.21" > /etc/resolv.conf
  	  

  Take the normal install process via network.

• Use Crusoe's LONGRUN-Function

  $ apt-get install longrun

• Wireless-LAN...orinoco-0.13e.tar.gz(get from http://ozlabs.org/people/dgibson/dldwd/)
  Prepare for target kernel source(be compiled). Expansion orinoco archive, and type commands like blow.

  $ make
  $ make install
  $ modprobe orinoco_pci
